asa - lab - A complete system for recording and analysis in cognitive and clinical research
asa-lab is an EEG/ERP recording system that can be configured with 24 to 256 channels.
The amplifiers rely on a novel concept with very high input impedance and thus provide
stable and noise-insensitive signals. This together with the WaveGuard electrode
system guarantees signal quality.
asa-lab is especially suited to ERP studies in
cognitive and clinical research. asa-lab offers high flexibility and full control
over experimental settings, measurements and analysis options.
asa-lab can be used
both for clinical and research applications such as neurological investigations,
behavioural psychology, language experiments, or vision research. Types of measurements
range from AEP, VEP, SEP, N100, P300, to complex paradigms like CNV, RP and MMN.
asa- lab components
Amplifier hardware: asa-lab can be used with different type of amplifiers, whether
you need a portable amplifier or 256 channels, ANT has an amplifier for all your
needs.
Cap systems: signal quality is guaranteed with the WaveGuard cap system. The innovative Ag/AgCl electrode elements allow you to apply a 128-channel cap within 15 minutes.
Recording software (incl. video): use the ASA recording software to acquire EEG and ERP data. Impedance check, online averaging, trigger statistics and much more is offered in this module.
Experiment setup & manager: the asa-lab experiment manager is the key to managing,
visualization and analysis of large experimental data.
Cognitive stimulation: asa-lab nicely integrates with the eevoke cognitive stimulation
package. This truly multimedia presentation tool allows you to stimulate your subject
in every way. Design of experiments has been made easy through the scenario generator
that comes with eevoke.
Signal analysis: asa-lab provides a complete set of tools for the processing of continuous and event-related data.
MRI review and head modelling: use the ASA MRI tools to co-register your data with
anatomical MRI/CT and fMRI data
Source modelling of EEG/ERP: neuroimaging is made
easy with the ASA source analysis functions.
